The easiest way for us to handle the pressing lately seems to be for one of us to stay super late (like past 1am) or go in super early (-5am) and get it all done before everything opens. It has been tough at times but we seem to be getting through it. People are starting to recognize us, and we are starting to see a steady stream of repeat customers at the mall, which is always a little bit of a confidence booster. From far to near we have It's Green this week with kiwi and our own cabbage, it's purple this week with red cabbage, just dandy, it's yellow with squash and pineapple, wake up, and green it out.
